Earlier, we rolled out our Plant Your Roots Program, where we plant Native Trees (on your lot or at a local conservation area) for every residential and commercial property sold through the program.

Our newest intention, the Luxury Donor, focuses on large scale ecological restoration projects. In order to assist, we are looking for homeowners that are ready to buy or sell at around the $5,000,000 price or higher. If you enter our program, upon closing the sale, the brokerage sponsoring this program will donate a minimum of $10,000 to an ecological restoration in your name. You do not need to spend any of your proceeds, just buy or sell with this broker and make a difference for yourself and future generations. (if you'd like to participate at <$5M, we can provide options through our Plant Your Roots Program).

Here's how to qualify:

1- Be ready to buy or sell within the next 6 months at the $5MM or higher range

2- Commit to being an Environmental Steward by joining our Luxury Donor Program (no donation required from you)

3-Meet with our Luxury Donor Program Listing Agent or Buyer's Agent to start the process

4-If desired, be available to receive your Plaque/Ecological Steward Designation upon closing and attend any events featuring your restoration project.
